I am a very warm, loving caring person, with a lot of energy! I am very outgoing mother of 2 grown children, 1 boys and 1 girl. I am very involved in my children's lives, and they all look up to me as a positive role model. I have always loved children and started babysitting at age 19.I am responsible for children's well-being and development while the parents are at work. Some of the detailed responsibilities includes: Cleaning up after the children, including making their beds, doing their laundry and picking up their belongings Driving children to and from school and other activities Cooking and preparing meals for the children Helping with homework assignments and projects. I have cared for children in various age groups throughout my career, with the most recent being ages 0-2 and 3-5. I have also been a nanny for children ages 6-14 years old.I do not have a specific preference for one age group over another. I enjoy caring for children of all ages, and I feel I have enough expertise to care for children of all ages efficiently. However, I have the most experience with children between the ages of 0-2 and 3-5."I do have additional life experience that has helped with my career as a nanny. I have volunteered in children's in teaching craft classes with sick kids for the past 5 years at CCF Church, and it has helped me develop my child care skills and activities that I perform with the children. This experience has taught me to be more patient and i chose to become a nanny because I love children. I used to take care of my younger siblings and I would ask my mom if I could help her with all of the various tasks of child care because i am the eldest.I take care because I've always loved taking care of people. I'm the oldest child with my 6 younger siblings, so my parents always needed my help with caring for my siblings. When I was young, I would help with minor tasks like dressing them or preparing meals. Then, when I was old enough, I babysat them when my parents were working and helped them with homework. I always loved taking care of my siblings, so I knew I wanted to pursue a career where I could do something similar. I've been a caregiver for years and can't imagine myself in any other role. I was happy to volunteer in a child care facility at a young age to solidify my plans to become a nanny after graduation. I've always known that I wanted to have an important job caring for children."i am compassionate with kids."i am enthusiasm, my love for children, makes my employers common sense and trustworthiness. Families trust me with their cherished children and they deserve to have someone who truly cares about them, has fun with them and won't put them in harm's way." and i also have experience in taking care of elderly at Baguio Philippines i take care of a bedridden elder when my father leaves us and i am the breadwinner of my 6 siblings.I went to Baguio City with my auntie and i take care of 70 year old retired policeman.(Yr-2006-2008) I think the most useful qualities I have as a caregiver are my reliability and positivity. Employers need a reliable caregiver so they can adhere to a schedule.It is very important to take care of a need medication at a certain time or assistance with getting ready for the day. Many employers that have trouble caring for themselves can sometimes be upset or angry, so my positivity helps improve their mood. It also helps me stay happy and motivated, even on challenging days.I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with my employers and help calm them down when they're agitated. I also have strong problem-solving skills to provide excellent care. As a maid i often work alone at a my employers house, having strong problem-solving skills helps me make decisions quickly and independently. In my previous role as a maid all of these skills allowed me to get to know all of my employer and their individual needs."
